🎯 IBPS PO 2026 – Selection Process

IBPS PO selection तीन stages में होता है। इसमे ऊमीदवारों को हर stage को clear करना जरूरी होता है।

Stage 1: Preliminary Exam (Qualifying)

यह सिर्फ qualifying stage है। Prelims marks final merit में नहीं जुड़ते। इसमे Sectional cutoff + Overall cutoff दोनों clear करनी होती हैं। पेपर हल करने के लिए 60 मिनट का समय मिलता है।

Stage 2: Mains Exam (Most Important)

Mains Exam के marks Final merit शामिल किए जाते हैं। इसमे Objective paper (3 घंटे 30 मिनट) + Descriptive paper (30 मिनट) दोनों होते हैं। यह कुल 225 marks का होता है।

Stage 3: Interview

यह अंतिम फाइनल stage होती है जिसमे interview होता है यह 100 marks का होता है। इसमे उमीदवार की Banking knowledge, confidence, और communication skills देखी जाती हैं।

📝 IBPS PO Prelims Exam Pattern 2026

IBPS PO Prelims Exam में तीन sections होते हैं। जिसमें हर section के लिए अलग 20 minutes मिलते हैं। आप एक section का बचा हुआ time दूसरे section में use नहीं कर सकते और इसमे Sectional cutoff clear करना अनिवार्य है।

Mains exam 3 Hours 30 Minutes का होता है। इसमें 4 objective sections + 1 descriptive paper होता है। यह सबसे critical stage है क्योंकि final merit में इसी के marks जुड़ते हैं।
