No Sectional Cutoff (Prelims)

  • ⚠️ SBI PO vs IBPS PO — Key Difference: SBI PO में vacancies कम होती हैं (600-700) लेकिन competition बहुत ज्यादा होती है। IBPS PO में 5000+ vacancies होती हैं। SBI PO को crack करना ज्यादा tough माना जाता है।

No Sectional Cutoff (Prelims)

Prelims में sectional cutoff नहीं है। सिर्फ overall score matter करता है।

Descriptive Paper 50 Marks

SBI PO Mains में Descriptive Paper 50 marks का है जो की IBPS PO के 25 marks से अधिक है।

Psychometric Test

Phase-3 में Psychometric Test होता है जो personality traits assess करता है।

Group Exercise (20 Marks)

Interview से पहले Group Exercise होता है। जिसमे teamwork और leadership assess होती है।

Personal Interview (30 Marks)

Phase-3 में Interview 30 marks का होता है। जो की Final merit में scaled score जुड़ता है।

🎯 SBI PO Selection Process — तीनों Phases

SBI PO का selection process तीन phases में होता है। हर phase को clearly समझें क्योंकि SBI PO IBPS PO से काफी अलग है — खासकर Phase-3 में।

Phase-1: Preliminary Exam

100 Marks | 60 Minutes | 3 Sections (Sectional Timing: 20-20-20 min)
Qualifying stage — Prelims marks final merit में नहीं जुड़ते है। Important: No Sectional Cutoff — सिर्फ overall score से shortlisting होती है। Top 10x vacancies candidates को Mains के लिए shortlist किया जाता है।

Phase-2: Mains Exam

250 Marks | 3 Hours (Objective) + 30 Min (Descriptive) | 4 + 1 Sections
200 marks objective + 50 marks descriptive। Sectional cutoff यहाँ लागू होती है। Top 3x vacancies candidates को Phase-3 के लिए shortlist किया जाता है। Final merit में Mains score को 75 में scale किया जाता है।

Phase-3: Psychometric Test + Group Exercise + Interview

Group Exercise: 20 Marks | Personal Interview: 30 Marks | Total: 50 Marks
पहले Psychometric Test (personality assessment), फिर Group Exercise (20 marks), फिर Personal Interview (30 marks)। GE+PI score को 25 में scale किया जाता है

Group Exercise (20 Marks)

Personal Interview (30 Marks)
